Dinner Tickets/Sponsorships 2005

Gala dinner and Auction is at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort, One Grand Cypress Boulevard, Lake Buena Vista, Florida on Saturday, Dec.10th. Cocktails and Silent Auction which benefits our College Scholarship Foundation begin at 6:30 pm, followed by a seated dinner and the awards presentation at 7:30 PM. Dress is Black-tie preferred, although a dark suit for gentlemen and cocktail or formal dress for ladies is perfectly acceptable. Dinner seating is preassigned and space is limited. Reservations must be made in advance and prepaid.

Gala Tickets are $200 per person for non-DACO members . Members of the Finalists' alumni associations from Ohio State, Penn State and Alabama will receive a special alumni price of $175 per person.

You may register online and get information about the 21st annual Butkus Award Charity Golf tournament on Friday, Dec.9th at the Grand Cypress Resort by visiting www.ButkusAward,golfreg.com. Registration and a buffet lunch with the three 2005 Butkus Award finalists begins at 11:30 am. We play a two-person scramble format with a 1:00 pm shotgun start. The $250 entry fee includes golf and cart, range balls, buffet lunch with the Butkus Award finalists and past Butkus winners, prizes and gifts, a 19th Hole reception and awards presentation. Proceeds from the tournament benefit the DACO Foundation Scholarship program through which we have been able to award more than twenty-five four-year full-tuition college scholarships to Central Florida scholar-athletes over the past twenty-one years. A few hole sponsorships are still available for $200, or $400 with one entry spot - a $50 savings!
